Elevator repairs at the Municipal Building are almost complete but the elevator is not yet back in service.  As a result, the October 25th Council Meeting at 7 PM will be held at Molloys, 10 Enfield Street.  

Halloween is coming - Monday, October 31st from 6 PM  - 8 PM!

Code Enforcement & Exterior Property Maintenance

For exterior property maintenance code enforcement, the Village has adopted the International Property Maintenance Code.

Rental Property Inspections

Greenhills performs inspections of rental properties.  Rental units are to be inspected every 3 years or when there is a change of occupancy. The cost is $35 per unit.  It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure the rental inspection is up to date.  Click here for the link for the Rental Inspection Affidavit form.
